PRÉVU BY PRERNA follows a strict no return and no refund policy once the order has been delivered successfully.

• This policy applies to:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Personal preference regarding fragrance, fit, size, color, or design
• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Minor variations in color or appearance due to lighting or screen resolution

EXCEPTION: WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

Returns or replacements will be accepted only in the following cases:

• You received an incorrect product
• You received a damaged or defective product

Eligibility Conditions

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Process

1. Email us at prevubyprerna@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Share your order number, issue details, and unboxing video.
3. After verification, a replacement will be issued (no monetary refunds).

⚠ Claims made after 24 hours or without proper proof will not be entertained.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless they were damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
• Clothing items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
